To deeply implement guidelines of the 19th National Congress of CPC and the 5th National Financial Conference, an international financial forum of Northeast Asia themed "New Era, New finance, and New Growth" was started at World Expo Square in Dalian, Liaoning on December 8. The forum has been held successfully for three times in a row since 2015, and is the most influential one in Northeast China.

This forum was hosted by Internet finance Committee of ISOC, Financial Times, Dalian Branch of CCPIT and EDP of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, sponsored by Asia financial cooperation association, and undertaken by Dalian Financial Expo Co. Ltd. and Zhongshi (Beijing) Culture Communication Co. Ltd. The forum is intended to promote innovative development of finance industry, further serve real economy and set up an international economic biosphere of Northeast Asia.

As know, this forum has attracted a number of political and business leaders, financial experts and entrepreneurs domestic and overseas. Xing, Zaozhong, Director of Financial Times, Zhao Xianfeng, deputy secretary general of Asia Financial Cooperation Association, Xiang Songzuo, economist, international financial strategy expert, professor of School of Finance of Renmin University of China, and director and vice president of Institute for International Monetary Affairs, and Zhao Liping, legal representative and deputy general director of Beijing insurance Institute were invited to, participated in and gave speeches at the forum. In combination of guidelines of the 19th National Congress, participants analyzed current international and domestic economic and financial situations, discussed financial cooperation and mutual benefits in Northeast Asia, and contributed ideas and proposals to object matter of the forum.

This forum is not only a party o financial frontier concepts, but also a platform of financial technology applications and mutual communication. On the site a robot led participants to the seats and acted as a host to explain financial knowledge. Drone was used to shoot the meeting and performance of intelligent robot in some fields was demonstrated. In addition, the forum also attracted businesses from third-party payment, network security and sharing finance rental fields, and gathered elites from banking, insurance, securities, financial technology, big data and intelligent investment consultation field, who actively made interactions and communication, and reached strategic cooperation.
